I'm always searching for a simple and effective framing for these topic and issues. One that I've settled on for now is something like "Any technology that interferes with normal human socialization will become a detriment to civilization's sanity"

Re AI and social media, it’s very detrimental and of late I think it’s really hampered people’s willingness to venture outside the silo so to speak. Plus the grind has its effect on conversations - people don’t comment as much lately I find.
