On this episode we return to social media and how Snapchat is posing a danger to kids from exposure to drug content and stalking with the Snapmap feature.
It shows me your depth and breathe of talent; especially not working with studio producers and specific equipment. I come from a very artistic musical family; I mean truly successful in the big leagues and others successful in the Michigan circuit. My dad was a PR person, made films in late 60’s about drinking, drugs, teens, it was brilliant. Called What time is now and used the song ..omg …from that band that used Ecclesiastes , a time to born and a time to die… his ad campaigns were ahead of his time. In 68 when the Tigers won the World Series, he made bumper stickers, it had a tiger head with a Cardinal in its mouth and said “the new St. Louis Blues”. He told me to pass them out at school, he cracked up when I came home with 50 bucks bc I sold them! You have a very innate creative flair and your writing stimulates my thinking. I may write in a different direction, but it feels great to feel that stir inside again. My sister would get you even more than I do. I think the reason other Michigan News people do not get you is simply they do not comprehend your intelligence and your creativeness. You said you like to weave and bring it all together. If anyone knows anything about weaving, about textiles; it is actually a very complicated, intricate process, especially when done by hand. I have collected textiles from each country I have been in, all hand woven, each one so amazingly beautiful that I should have them framed behind glass, rugs so detailed that if had a mansion I would hang some from the walls; baskets so incredibly woven, they last lifetimes. None by machines. So your process is actually more difficult, more creative and insightful and encourages the listener to pay attention; it makes it visual for me as well, not just auditory. Your book and the documentaries did the same. The reason I am bored or have lost interest in most of X is it is just not stimulating, I stay for the connections made, for political and somewhat social, but more for finding like minded people. What happened when people dropped me at first offended me, I will admit that, then I realized it was never real, they never got me; I am better in person, however there was organic or easy about relating to them. They are so transparent I found myself pandering to their level; in other words, when people do not get you, and react the way they do, it is bc you are so far beyond their ability to comprehend, there is probably a complete SD in your IQ’s if not more and they certainly do not get added bonus having the creativity that enhances the standard IQ by at least another SD. So imagine that you are already 30 pts ahead of say an average IQ ( I know you are higher) but at 130, you can be a neurosurgeon; its the 99th%; Anyway, it is nice to have someone that knows how to stimulate my limited writing ability, but more importantly, the process and actually feeling interested again. I still have more gift subscriptions to give away to people who can’t afford it; please pass them on to me or their emails and I am glad to promote your work. Get carried away, it is great integrate all learning styles and your work does that. Some is very intricate, like a great movie, when I listen again, I picked on things I missed the first time around. People with talent, who are secure, who are comfortable with their space will always compliment and follow you as you do them. Those who are weak, jealous, dare I say common, will never get you; I say hurrah… what is better than clarity!! Look forward to the next article!!! OK time to go clean a very wet and soaked park.
