Lake Bakilal in Russia is the deepest but Superior has the largest volume unless you add in the Caspian Sea; others combine all 5 lakes as one making it the largest fresh water body. That definitely looked like a serpent, like a huge ancient eel

Saw this a few years back, and while the surface seems like glass, I couldn’t help thinking that the vibrations would travel through the water and awaken the creature for depths to come to the surface for a snack.

7 minutes in is the ice skating segment.

I do see a remarkable parallel with events today as they may have been back in 1775. I do believed we are that polarized and our survival is contingent on the direction we take, what we refuse to take and the leadership we now have behind us as we do have the road map so to speak, however we have been detoured. Our current leaders have the map to follow; the betrayal is greater because we see they are intentionally creating detours. So the questions are, how are able to assert our collective voices, according to our rights, our natural law to bet back on the main road. We have no choice if we want to keep this amazing country but to make our voices heard, as one, collectively; remind them who they work for. Decentralize Government, Decentralization of the banks, repeal fundraising laws, term limits, election laws uniform throughout the country; now there is no excuse regardless of party on how our elections are run or the rights we have if any one State or County takes a detour.

We have a cultural issue to correct as well, and that’s the idea that govt is at the center of prosperity. Instead, we just have to shut the crap off. Many Rs believe the right kind of management of taxes will usher in prosperity. That’s one of our barriers. Gen Z really has to embrace that. Gen X can’t stand in the way of that happening.

Completely agree, remember when America was having its first Golden Age, before taxes etc, we were not over governed. We did not have superfluous rulings by SCOTUS 99% of which are not amendments and I do not believe we should have monopolies; how is that Free Enterprise? If Boomers really did fuck up America, I apologize. I suppose I see it from the lens of some; but I know that I worked my entire life, paid for everything, chose a profession based on trying to make society better, not my bank account bigger…but if it is focused on Boomer Presidents, their disregard for anything but their special interests groups and everything else we have discussed, then I do get it. Of course we can not under estimate that Bush Sr was the Great Generation and Biden the Silent or lost generation. I am trying to compose something based on your writings. Thank you for the compliment. I do truly believe if we are to survive, extreme action MUST be taken now by the Federal Government, it is the only way win enough elections to begin to meet the goal of decentralization. Ironic, what we want to get rid of, we have created the need for.
