The Mighty Humanzee: Premier

A recording from The Mighty Humanzee's live video

Sometimes you just have to pull the trigger. I finally figured out how to simulcast, and as long as my router upstairs doesn’t scuttle my broadcast, I can transmit to Rumble and Substack. I’m still working on when to schedule OZFest during the week. Morning Mission has always been a Tuesday at 830 AM, but with shifting schedule I’m trying figure when I can provide good for people that they can get to and keep it timely for them. So duct tape and all I’ll be broadcasting in addition to writing on Substack.

As I said, this was test launch, so for those who already know how the podcast proceeds during the week will find most of this first LIVE Session intel about me you to be nothing new.

But here’s some news from this week you don’t know:

Cole Noble Published A No Safety Net No Internet Article in Quandary Magazine

I am so honored that Cole published my article in his Quandary Magazine. Based in Colorado, Cole writes for those who love being out in nature, and shares the ideal that we need to renew our time away from the digital and get out there. His documentary The Alpine Amusement Park is good example of the type of material you can find at Quandary. His mission statement clearly affirms that the spirit of outdoor adventure must be cultivated.

In our increasingly structured and civilized world, we’re preserving the spirit of outdoor adventure. Our story is built around Quandary Peak; a mountain that became the flashpoint in a heated debate about costs and crowding in the outdoors.

Quandary Magazine is for readers who feel crowded out, and yearn for the hidden gems and mountain heroes working magic to keep the wild spirit alive. We bring beautiful places to you, within the pages of our collectible-quality print magazine, while serving as both investigator and advocate for our outdoor community.

Sadly, legacy publications have long since abdicated this role, opting instead to transition into the world of web-first content churn, optimized for search engines — not human readers.

We Are Missing An Opportunity for Cheaper and Safer Nuclear Energy by Ignoring Thorium and LFTR

Mr Norway, a great writer from … you guessed it, Norway … is one of the great contributors to the Twitter Spaces I conduct. He has written a comprehensive article on Thorium reactors I’d like to bring to your attention.

Thorium, a naturally abundant element, found pretty much everywhere, could power the United States for centuries through Lithium Fluoride Thorium Reactors (LFTRs, pronounced “Lifters”)—a revolutionary nuclear technology offering safe, efficient, and dirt-cheap electricity. Unlike traditional uranium-based light water reactors (LWRs), LFTRs leverage thorium’s unique properties to deliver:

energy security

economic growth, and

national defense benefits.

LFTRs are a US invention, the first proof of concept was conducted here in the early 1960s, and they are a cheaper and safer alternative to the uranium reactors we use today. I highly recommend reading his article and sharing.

AI Articles

AI has been on the radar for the past few months with respects what I have been writing and what I have been reporting on the podcasts. This week was the latest addition to the articles on that topic. I just received an article that the State Department is eyeing AI as a means to evaluate international student Visas, so I can see this becoming a topic for next week. These articles will be a good primer for you
